Pat Dickey has been an active Broker in Texas for 30 years. She loves to travel, read and play golf (when she has the time). She is a very active supporter of the Boys and Girls Club where she serves on the Board of Directors for the Crockett club. 

In 1992, Pat Dickey, Realtors became Coldwell Banker Pat Dickey, Realtors. The affiliation has been very successful and rewarding. Pat's office has earned Coldwell Banker's Prestigious Premier Office Designation for the past eight years. Pat has also received Coldwell Banker's Presidents Elite or Presidents Circle designation for the past six years, which recognizes her outstanding sales production. Jennifer Burress
Office Administrator

The anchor of the ship, Jennifer keeps us all on an even keel. She greets our wonderful customers and clients, whether in person or on the phone, coordinates all the paperwork, and keeps track of all of us; no easy job. Her sweet disposition, her self confidence, and her past work experience at a title office serve her well and make her well qualified to be the "front desk girl Friday".

She is the mom of three active children who think she's pretty special at that job, too.
 

Bubba Dickey
General Manager

As general manager of our team, Bubba's job is to keep things running smoothly. He does a good job of that and still finds time to help some lucky buyers find just the right property, especially if they're looking for a large tract of land.

After a life long career in sales, Bubba knows that the secret of a successful real estate office is to treat others like you'd like to be treated. He works hard to guide each member of our team toward fulfilling that goal.

He is a native of Crockett whose family has been here for more than six generations. He loves Crockett, is an active member of the Rotary Club, volunteers for the local Boys and Girls Club, and constantly works to make Crockett a better place for all to call "home".

Donna Baker
Broker Associate

Donna's many years of real estate sales add up to value as you put her experience and knowledge to work for you. She knows there is no substitute or hard work and knowledge of the market place. After many years of selling real estate in the Houston market, she and her family moved to the Crockett area, built their dream home on acreage and are enjoying the country life.

Donna and her husband, a retired engineer, are very active in their church and very close to their children and grandchildren, who love to come visit.

Jimmye Kay Locander
Sales Associate 

Voted the 2008 Funniest Person in Madisonville, Texas, new area agent Jimmye Kay Locander keeps her clients laughing and confident in her friendly, professional real estate services. "I truly care about people's needs, and I've found that humor goes a long way in making them feel comfortable in working with an agent," she said. 

Locander entered real estate several years ago because she enjoys meeting new people and helping them explore their dreams. "I don't think I've ever met a stranger," Locander explained. As a specialist in ranches large and small, she says she's looking forward to bringing buyers and sellers together in Houston, Madison, and Leon counties. 

A native Texas and Midway resident, Locander is an awarded equestrian in the hunter jumper and show jumper categories. She is also a registered whipperin in the no-kill long acre hunt. Enjoying all equestrian events, Locander includes trail-riding and show hunting in her activities. Locander said her neighbors can often find her up early caring for her four horses and other animals she has rescued. 

Puppies and ponies aren't the only ones getting the nice treatment from Locander. She was voted 2007 2nd Nicest Person in Madisonville. 

Locander will be working at the Coldwell Banker Pat Dickey, Realtors office in Crockett, Texas. She said she's integrated real estate with her equestrian skills using the well-known hunt cry, "House, tally ho!"

LaWanda Thetford Pennington
Sales Associate 

LaWanda Thetford Pennington is a seventh generation Houston Countian and a descendent of two of the original petitioners for the creation of Houston County. Born in Grapeland, she met and married her high school sweetheart, Troy. Married for thirty-six years, together they have raised three wonderful boys. She and Troy are true to their Texas upbringing, raising Black Angus Cattle and farming peanuts and watermelons. LaWanda serves as organist for her church and serves on the board of the Grapeland Independent School District.  

LaWanda is proud of her heritage and deep roots in Houston County. Her family arrived here before Texas became a state and before Houston County was a county. Her family has received the Family Land Heritage Certificate of Honor from the State of Texas, commemorating a century or more of continuous ownership and operation as a family agricultural enterprise. She still owns a portion of the land her family originally settled in the early 1830's.
