Commission & Cap
- 80/20Commission Split that is capped at $15K
- After that earn100%commission for the remainder of your anniversary year
- 6.5% Franchise Fee with Rebate Options. After 100% a $250 Transaction Fee on next 20 units then it is lowered to $75
Standard Costs
- $75a month operation fee
- $25a unit for broker file review
- $25a unit for risk management fee that’s capped at $500 (20 Units)
- Training, education, and desk fees are free of cost.
