Solar, a generator and hauled water are how plenty of camps in this part of Allegany County run, and if you've hunted out of one before, none of that will surprise you. Wellsville is 11 miles away for groceries and gas, and Belmont is 15. Gas, oil and mineral rights do not convey. Thirty-eight acres this far off the road is hard to judge from a map. Walk the perimeter trail once and the quarter mile starts to look less like a drawback and more like the reason to buy it.
